Every gardener needs a garden basket! This adorable basket for young gardeners is a scaled-down version of this essential gardener's accessory. 

This child's gardening basket is the perfect size for little hands. It's ideal for carrying tools or storing them when not in use. It’s also perfect for gathering a tasty harvest of fruit or veg, or picking flowers. Or use it to go berry-picking in autumn, or as a weeding container. You’ll find so many ways to use it as young gardeners get growing. 

The garden basket is made from lightweight FSC®-certified bamboo, a sustainable resource. It’s part of the RHS Growing Gardeners collection of children’s gardening tools and accessories, designed to make gardening with children easy and fun. Like all the items in the collection, this basket carries CE and UKCA certification, demonstrating that it meets EU and UK standards for health, safety, and environmental protection. 

Delivery

We offer a few different shipping rates via Australia Post and ship Australia wide.

Standard shipping for $10
Express shipping for $15
Free shipping on orders over $75 Australia wide

Please note some larger items which are expensive to post are charged at a flat rate of $20 for standard post. These are exempt from free shipping over $75.

Instore pickup - orders can be collected from our Woodend store. Please select 'instore pickup' at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected (usually within 2 hours). 

Returns

We offer returns or exchanges on all items except socks. Items must be returned with original receipt to Little General within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note, all sale items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any item purchased on sale (except where a product is found to be faulty). 

Online orders – If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of purchase via email hello@littlegeneralkids.com.au to arrange.

Earning rewards:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent: Online or in store, every time you shop
  • Create an account: 20 points
  • Completing your profile online: 20 points
  • Celebrating your Birthday: 10 points
  • Liking on Facebook: 10 points
  • Following us on Instagram: 10 points
  • Sharing on FB: 10 points
  • Refer a friend: 100 points. 

Redeeming your Rewards:

  • 200 points = $10 off
  • 300 points = $20 off
  • 400 points = $40 off
  • You may redeem one reward per eligible transaction either in-store or online.
  • Sign up in-store or online now and start earning rewards!
  • Ensure you are signed into the Loyalty Program Portal online before you check out to be able to earn and redeem any rewards on your account. 

T&C’s

  • Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Your Loyalty Program account is yours personally and should not be shared with other people.
  • Rewards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • Reward points will expire after 1 year of inactivity on your account. Simply shop with us to earn points or redeem in that time frame and the points will reset for another 12 months.
  • When you return or exchange products where rewards points were used to purchase, those points will also be returned accordingly.
