Shipping & Delivery

We offer a few different shipping rates via Australia Post and ship Australia wide.

Standard shipping for $10
Express shipping for $15
Free shipping on orders over $75 Australia wide

Please note some larger items which are expensive to post are charged at a flat rate of $20 for standard post. These are exempt from free shipping over $50.

Instore pickup - orders can be collected from either our Castlemaine or Woodend store. Please select 'instore pickup' at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected (usually within 2 hours). Please note if your preferred store is not listed as an option at checkout, it means the items you wish to purchase are not available at that particular store. Please give us a call and we can arrange your items to be sent to your preferred store for pickup (usually within a couple of days). 

International shipping: if you live overseas please email us at hello@littlegeneralkids.com.au and we can certainly help you by working out shipping rates based on the items you wish to purchase.

We always endeavour to pack and send your orders within a day of an order being placed, however, sometimes this may be delayed to two days. Please know we are a small family run team, we are so grateful for your order and are doing our best to get it to you as quickly as possible!
