We offer a few different shipping rates via Australia Post and ship Australia wide.

Standard shipping for $10
Express shipping for $15
Free shipping on orders over $75 Australia wide

Please note some larger items which are expensive to post are charged at a flat rate of $20 for standard post. These are exempt from free shipping over $75.

Instore pickup - orders can be collected from our Woodend store. Please select 'instore pickup' at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected (usually within 2 hours). 

We offer returns or exchanges on all items except socks. Items must be returned with original receipt to Little General within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note, all sale items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any item purchased on sale (except where a product is found to be faulty). 

Online orders – If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us within 14 days of purchase via email hello@littlegeneralkids.com.au to arrange.

• Sign up in-store or online to receive rewards
• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent: Online or in store, every time you shop
• Get reward vouchers and special deals available only to members
• Earn points by engaging with us on social media, referring a friend or to celebrate your Birthday.

Earning rewards:

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent: Online or in store, every time you shop
• Create an account: 20 points
• Completing your profile online: 20 points
• Celebrating your Birthday: 10 points
• Liking on Facebook: 10 points
• Following us on Instagram: 10 points
• Sharing on FB: 10 points
• Refer a friend: 100 points. 
  
  

Redeeming your Rewards:

• 200 points = $10 off
• 300 points = $20 off
• 400 points = $40 off
• You may redeem one reward per eligible transaction either in-store or online.
• Sign up in-store or online now and start earning rewards!
• Ensure you are signed into the Loyalty Program Portal online before you check out to be able to earn and redeem any rewards on your account. 
  

T&C’s

• Rewards cannot be transferred between accounts
• Your Loyalty Program account is yours personally and should not be shared with other people.
• Rewards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
• Reward points will expire after 1 year of inactivity on your account. Simply shop with us to earn points or redeem in that time frame and the points will reset for another 12 months.
• When you return or exchange products where rewards points were used to purchase, those points will also be returned accordingly.
